Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education of a Diploma (D3), preferably a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field or relevant disciplines such as Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or Management.
  2. Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in the industrial lubricant industry, mining, smelter, shipping, or related sectors.
  3. Good understanding of lubricant specifications and applications for various industrial needs (manufacturing, mining, etc.).
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Target-oriented, highly initiative, creative, innovative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  6. Must own a private vehicle and be willing to work in the field to reach out to customers.
  7. Preferably has a network of contacts within relevant industrial sectors.

Job Description:

  1. Product Sales: Carry out lubricant sales activities to potential customers, including manufacturing companies, transportation fleets, factories, and other relevant sectors.
  2. Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company.
  3. Product Solutions: Provide appropriate lubricant solutions tailored to customer needs based on technical specifications and product applications.
  4. Presentation and Negotiation: Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and professionally handle the sales closing process.
  5. Customer Service: Build and maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure loyalty.
  6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management for evaluation purposes.
  7. Market Monitoring: Observe market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies.
  8. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with relevant internal teams (logistics, finance, and technical) to ensure product availability and after-sales service.
